I have finally done it!! I have convinced the hubs to grill up some pizzas! I am so excited because I know they will taste amazing he has been skeptical since we have a charcoal grill. I told him it will be like having a wood fired oven. So tonight we are slathering some pizza dough in olive oil and piling on the crushed tomatoes, fresh basil from the garden, veggies galore and diving into pizza heaven!!! Anytime I can take the heat out the kitchen during these triple digit days I am so happy. Happy meatless eating!!
